Pathetic app .from last 2 weeks I have been trying to create account but unable to do so .app sends notification that verification email has been sent but no email received yet.

One of the worst educational app where they are not able to provide resolution for a single complaint with very incompetent staff. I suggest everyone one rather than subscribing to it choose some better platforms. And a smuggest to e& UAE please if you can't handle a service or higher some good customer service people don't start the services just for fame. My complaint regarding a yearly subscription which I never got is not resolved & closed after 2 weeks without resolution Complait# 62024716
