Absolutely great game, with a great community as well! I don't really play mobile games due to the mechanical limitations of the genre, but Golf Dreams has made something unique and very fun. The swing mechanics are unique, interesting, and feel skillful and rewarding to practice. Honestly I can even compliment their ad placement in the game. It feels fair, and you are usually granted a small reward for watching one in the form of a random loot chest for your club unlockable, or Double XP.

This game gets to the heart of swinging the club, and I love that. It's challenging without all the flashing moving parts other apps have just so you can pick up the club and swing. I absolutely love this app....it's about the game of golf not the annoying antics of the other golf apps. I'll hold on to this for a long time. Thinking about buying it, so I can get it without ads, but even with the ads they're not annoying, and they're not too many. Awesome game!

Game is quite fun, if inconsistent sometimes in terms of wind effect, ball bounce and chipping and putting power. Ads are too long though. You will have to watch ads if you want to progress. All 'optional ads' last around 1m20. So, you watch an ad to protect a win streak, then play one hole of the next game and have to watch a compulsory ad. 30 seconds of gameplay but 2 minutes' worth of ads. You can pay £10 to remove ads, but this only gets rid of the ads after the first hole of each round.
