Good but needs improvement. The rules of golf don't seem to apply. If you hit your ball in water, you replay the shot instead of having the option to drop. On some of the greens, the hole is on a hill that slopes away on all sides making it more luck and frustration than anything. In single player you play against AI that never makes mistakes. In others, you play against what looks like recorded rounds of real players that do make mistakes but also get a hole in one too frequently.

This is the perfect mobile golf game in my opinion. No silly guidelines that show you exactly where the ball will go. No timing mini-games like every other golf game out there. Just relies on feel and smooth movements. Putting actually requires you to actually read the green, and you need to get a feel for your clubs. I would only ask for the ability to buy an ad free version for .99 cents or a $1.99. There is a way to go ad free but gifts you a lot of stuff that undermines the progression.

The short game In this is so unbalanced even a monk would fall over. When you chip it doesn't even show the swing percentage and the putting is so strange it makes me want to puke

Game is quite fun, if inconsistent sometimes in terms of wind effect, ball bounce and chipping and putting power. Ads are too long though. You will have to watch ads if you want to progress. All 'optional ads' last around 1m20. So, you watch an ad to protect a win streak, then play one hole of the next game and have to watch a compulsory ad. 30 seconds of gameplay but 2 minutes' worth of ads. You can pay £10 to remove ads, but this only gets rid of the ads after the first hole of each round.

In the beginning I liked it, however it's not possible to play the approach or putting accurately. Also winning clubs and their selection is a complete mess and confusing
