Used this for a trip to Florida. It works brilliantly and is easy to set up, although you (obviously) need to be on Wi-Fi to activate it. I suppose I should have realized and activated it just before I set off.

Good when works, but can't rely on app if using more than 1 country. The first country worked perfectly, moved to the second country, and the app got stuck in payment and will not load further. Had to download another esim app. It is frustrating as it is an easy setup, but there are issues with the app that aren't reliable.

Absolutely rubbish. I paid for a plan and followed the instructions, but nothing works. I have no data and no access to the Internet!! I have tried to contact through the contact us form, but the app is buggy. It won't let me enter my email, scroll down or send!!! Awful.

So far my experience started with problems. I tried to start my plan (when I was in my home country) the app got stuck at loading status. Later, Technical team resolved the problem. However, after resolving the issue instead of Europe plan they activated Turkey plan I contacted the support team again, they added Europe plan however it is again stuck in Leading status

Tried to buy a plan for India. When I got to the payment Nothing happened and the app kept loading continuously and never moved further. It seems to work with other people, so I'm unclear why it's not working with me, but I have given up.
