I used this esim in China and Hong Kong and had no issues. I had full coverage in Wuhan, Loyang, and even on the high speed train. When you use the esim in Hong Kong, there are additional verification steps so be sure you have Wi-Fi (I did it in the airport). All your apps in the US (Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, etc.) will work so no VPN is needed.

I can never sign in with ”sign in with Google” with the app. I have been buying esim with billions connect website. Please fix it.

Started well, buy no proper customer service once order is bought and doesn't work. Experienced no coverage in Albania and now Thailand too. No interest from the team to sort out the issue. There are better e sim apps available so please do not waste money expecting a decent service.
