Overall very easy to order drinks and pay. It could use a feature to customize the drink with different teas and an option to write a note for specific requests. Also, if loyalty stamps could be linked to the app with an account it would be easier to claim through the app and not worry about losing the cards or remembering to collect stamps.

App works well overall. But it would be great if you could include the seasonal menu items in there too as it's always just the Dir tea drinks available but in stores, there are more options. E.g. The newest drink Rose Tie Guan Yin - not available online.

Ordered online, arrived at site and still have to call a number for pickup. Except the order was not made at all, so I effectively just wasted time ordering through the app and have to order by phone when I arrived. Oh, the app also charges a "convenience" fee on card payments. Very poor way of handling online orders overall.

The app wait and pick up time is not accurate at all, I waited an extra 20 mins after the wait time while driving to pick up my tea and then have to wait another 30 mins to get my order. They can't make tea in 7 mins they need 50 mins, if you're in Christchurch just use ancestral on their website. Add instruction to what you want e.g. boba and Boom pick up in 15 mins.
