Great experience ordering from app and just generally looking at the menu. Very easy to use and absolutely adore the app for whenever I'm craving boba.

Coffee is superb. (I came from India to taste this fantastic coffee.) Now, I am requesting to open a branch in India as well.

Tells you what's new and lets you order. If you get off the app, then back on it, lets you either continue or make a new order. The card input didn't work but that's probably on me.

Created an account, but when I try to sign in the app, it closes, and I get text # verification but can't use it if it doesn't let me log in.

My local store apparently closed weeks ago, but the app let me order from it AND charged my credit card despite the store never acknowledging the order. (I only learned the store was closed when I drove there). Used Contact feature in app, been 3 weeks and 2 attempts and no one from Gong Cha Support reached out. Uninstalled. Never buying again from this company.

Awful app experience. Looooong time customer, love the old app. This one is terrible. Or at very least, not ready. Pls bring back gpay option. What happened to buy 10, get 1? Each screen takes an eon to load, that's if it even loads. And the store I order from hasn't received the order by the time I get there (20-30min later). They're amazing, so they fill my order anyway, I just hope they are actually getting my payment. Please fix this poor app. Thanks!!
