My local store apparently closed weeks ago, but the app let me order from it AND charged my credit card despite the store never acknowledging the order. (I only learned the store was closed when I drove there). Used Contact feature in app, been 3 weeks and 2 attempts and no one from Gong Cha Support reached out. Uninstalled. Never buying again from this company.
