Uninstalled immediately due high security/privacy-invasion risk. Contrary to the implication in their standard response to this reason for uninstalling, there is no choice in allowing access to contacts before using. It should realistically read, "Find insights about yourself through our quizzes and discover culture fit jobs matched to your personality! However, if you DO NOT want to check your personality fit with friends and coworkers you DO NOT have the option of NOT connecting your contacts - we are having your contacts or you are not using our app." This permission should be requested only when the specific function requires it so that the user can make a choice in continuing, this would allow all other functionality to remain uninhibited. It is either poor app-coding or has a nefarious motivation behind it. I may check back in a few months as the concept is interesting but for the moment, the company goes on the not-trusted list.

Why waste my time taking quizzes to find the perfect job when all of the jobs are in different states? Why share my location and why ask how far I'm willing to travel only to still show my jobs waaaay too far away? Too many apps these days have false advertising.
