*update* After some time, i received an email with a link to activate my subscription. I am not sure why this did not happen as soon as i subscribed, but i am now able to access the app. Thank you. ***Unable to open after subscribing. I have emailed both the developer and the app company with no replies. I have had the subscription for over a week and still nothing. I have Uninstalled, reinstalled, copied the token etc.... any help would be greatly appreciated.

The app is frustrating. Loads of issues. The newest tech issue is "no internet connection", while I'm actually connected to the internet. I decided to remove the app and reinstall it. Big mistake. Now I can't access the app, nor can I read any past downloaded issues that I paid for.

Terrible on Android. I want to like the app because the magazine itself is fantastic. For the last two years I have been communicating with support to resolve the constant crash on my Samsung Galaxy Tab S6. While support has been responsive, the app simply does not work and I've resorted to reading the magazine in pdf format in Google Drive.
