Good thing about goods.ph ** cheaper than other online stores Things that they need to improve ** CS has to fully understand what the concern really is instead of just giving responses that doesn't address the matter. I was informed that my order was returned but I received a text from the courier informing that I will receive my order within the day. ** Delayed delivery. As stated in the website, deliveries in provincial areas should take 7-14 DAYS , NOT Business Days. ** Customers were not informed that their orders were canceled unless they ask the CS about the status of their order. When you check the system it would only say "completed" or "returned" which is confusing for the customers as it would mean that they have received the order or they have received it but returned it; but actually, they haven't received any.
