THEY LOST MY PACKAGE - This is the last straw. I'll tolerate their deliverability issues (USPS sent packages don't arrive in their warehouse), the poor customer support, the long turn around time. But Losing a shipment... --- "I regret to inform you that we have not been able to locate your shipment. As a result, we will proceed to file the shipment for claims and reimburse you based on the declared value and the shipping fee."

The reading comprehension is absolutely apalling. Seller already said that they can ship to the shipping cart address but shipping cart says that the seller refuses to ship to them. Asked them twice regarding this, and they cannot understand a thing.

The latest missing parcel incident and explanation provided made me wonder why I kept using this service despite multiple red flags. It's very funny how their CS and warehouse manager casually said that one of their processor accidentally threw my parcel in a bin and can no longer be retrieved. I guess you guys do not value our beloved parcels, or you see value in them and decide to keep them but declare them as lost? Very pissed right now.
