What happens to gogo? Why previous locations are no longer serviceable? I tried checking, updating and reinstalling the app but still I can't book again since the location is no longer serviceable 😔😔😔 I had great experience with Gogo, Manila to Mindanao, my parcel arrives as early as I could hope for, polite courier and cheap charges 😊😊😊😊

They don’t deliver the parcels at all — everything is just stuck at the hub, and their customer service only replies with generic templates. Worst courier ever.

Never again, pick up was quick but will take a really long time for the parcel to be delivered. Going 30 days for my delivery which is still stuck "out for delivery status" for 7 days now but still no update. Been contacting them via the customer service and facebook page but no help so far and the same "we'll get in touch with the relevant team.".

VERY, VERY POOR DELIVERY SERVICE!!! No wonder why this app got 2 star on their review. My order made in 1st week of February but still not delivered. AND TODAY IS THE SECOND NON DELIVERY. I'm always home waiting for that package, and I Don't receive any calls to the rider. But my address is right as far as I know. I think there's no rider at all. And to everyone Doesn't download or plan to use this app for your package this app and company is very poor in customer service and deliver service.

GGX is the absolute worst!!!!!! It's been a month, and they still haven't returned my parcel. They didn't deliver it na nga sa buyer, and now they won't even give it back 😭
