Wrost app ever only takes the booking and will keep searching for the driver all day long. Today booked a 3wheeler and forgot to cancel and checked after 3 hrs it was still looking for drivers to take the booking.

The driver partners takes up multiple orders and deliver goods according to their convenience, also the customer care helpline never really picks up the call. Just for 3 km distance, they have taken 1.5h to deliver.

I wish I could give zero star.... Worst aap ever.... Drivers are kind of rowdy types... And call center is more than them...they take materials for delivery and at the time of reaching site they ask extra money and if u deny to pay extra money... They threaten u that they will not deliver your goods and they'll sell it to other persons Those who given 5-star rating they all workers and staff in goody . Better go for porter....be safe from such apps
