Very easy to use, app size is small, quick installation. I spend less than 5 minutes to search for the point to pick up, and destination to drop the parcel. Very easy. I call Skootar call center, amazingly quick response, I talk to the agent, and she clearly answers me. I'd love to rate Skootar for 10 out of 5, it's not enough to rate only 5 for your excellent app and great system and service. Unlike another app, Grab, it completely wasted me an hour, messy app, no call center. Bye Forever, Grab!

Doesn't respond. Freeze and respond only when you violently tap the buttons for 10 times. Wth. Seems like a pretty good app with great reviews but doesn't matter if I cant use it!
