Terrible bought a box truck. They make you pay for the background check and not 1 day of work yet... feels like a scam. No customer service all AI chat TERRIBLE

I asked for a delivery at 4pm. The driver called at 330pm to ask if he could deliver "right now". We said we weren't free and that we had asked for a 4pm delivery. What we didn't k own was that he started the meter the moment he called us. That led us to pay for 82 minutes of his time for a job that took 35 minutes at most. This was my first time using this service. I regret ever trying it.
