Very unprofessional and unreliable set of people, at first their services were awesome but at the drop of a hat they moved mad, couldn't provide rider, can't process refund of payment made to them unless you wait for 12 days working days, cancelled my order due to their negligence.

Kwik Delivery is unreliable. You book a ride at 11 am and by 3 pm you are yet to get a rider for the delivery. The rider that by chance gets assigned to your order doesn't call you instead you call him, and he promises to come pick up. Only for him to cancel 2 hours later. Whenever you book with Kwik Delivery, you ALWAYS have to call or chat them because a rider is NEVER assigned to your order automatically. The only thing they are good at is debiting your account immediately you book.

This is the most problematic app I have ever used. They make it incredibly difficult to verify your phone number, I have never seen an email verification fail until using this app. I requested several verification emails. Some of the links they sent didn't even work - imagine they sending you links to verify yourself on their app, and they still send you a bad link. It's just laughable. If anything, the Kwik Delivery here is the frustration that comes with using this app!
