I can never get the thing to work when I need it to, and can't get/open code pics in it.

The biometric lock does not work. This seems like a huge flaw and is somewhat concerning. Unless I'm missing something, I don't understand why the biometric lock is used if you can simply press back and still access the codes. It's so much trust involved with this kind of app where we are essentially giving the keys to someone to hold and trusting they can not help lose. This has really made me think about the biometric and security on Google Pixels and all phones...what other devices do this.

Bot reviews everywhere. System failure. You can remove the Authentication app method for your accounts, but it requires signing into accounts and managing the 2FA, there it can be deleted, and you can return to alternative methods like SMS or email. Other methods like the security keys (USB) google titan, YubiKey etc. are available as well. The Authentication app is not secure and the OTT frequency of reviews is a giveaway.
