The app and can work as intended. I noticed adding the SSID manually worked better than just scanning for the cam pro on my phones Wi-Fi settings. And once I added the SSID I noticed also that you have to leave the camera on the SSID page or the app will drop indicating that you solely operate the cam through the app. All works fine, and I was able to record with sound no problem, so the APP works perfectly albeit with little functionality, but it does the job!

There are more issues with this go plus can pro even after following the installation instructions to the letter. 1. won't stay recording when the movement is detected and 2. Won't stay connected to the phone using Wi-Fi, 3. Unable to download using Wi-Fi. 4. continues to turn off without any buttons being pressed, 5. Can't change permissions on the app. Definitely would not recommend this product.

Wi-Fi will connect between my Hawkeye Firefly 7S and my Samsung Galaxy Note 10+. The Go Plus Cam Pro app searches briefly then closes. HELP?

The App doesn't even deserve a 1* rating. The App doesn't connect so has rendered the camera totally useless. I feel like I've been scammed 😞
