Review Title: Screen Shadow Issue After Long Use I use Rafeeq daily for long hours, and after closing the app, a faint shadow of its interface stays on the screen. Many riders are facing this issue across different phones. Please fix the background rendering or overlay behavior to avoid screen ghosting. We appreciate the app and hope for a quick solution.

Hello I'm rafeeq delivery executive I want say something about Rider's problem please try to understand 1) First thing give small bag Big bag too much problem! In Qatar multi delivery company tlabat, sunnuno, delivero, etc every company have big and small both size bag! Big size bag fix in delivery box and small bag for pickup order ! 2) about order add auto accept option in your application! And every time need type to order ID then out for delivery process begin. Update it some unique style

The staff at the Raeeq office who work with riders show too much attitude toward them. They don’t know how to speak properly or respectfully with riders. They forget that without riders, they wouldn’t be able to run their business. When an order is returned, they deduct money from the riders. Riders are required to visit the office every day to deposit COD cash. If the amount is even one penny less, they refuse to accept it, but many times they don’t have change and take extra 50 paisa from th
