The keyboard DOES NOT appear at registration time to input required info. Is this the quality the bank invest in its systems? Time to change the bank.

This app is an absolute disaster. The camera does not work to take pictures of the residence card. I tried taking quality photos a million times and an error occurred almost every time. This makes it impossible to register online! Also, it takes FOREVER to get through this near impossible process. It could very well take several months, just to use the app! Using wire transfer used to be simple at Shinsei and this app has completely destroyed their credibility as a functioning bank overall.
