Its mainly a heatlhy reciepes food app not a weight loss challenge I was very strict and I didnt lose any and no one even bothered by the weight and the selling point of the app is engagment however it's mainly fake bec people need to gain point to win while our main purpose is to lose weight not to gain points, and casually the old participants advise is if you're not losing weight then you should skip the snack which means the calculation of the caloric intake for most of the group is wrong

كابتن جبر هو مراتو محترمين جدا ومعاملتهم جميله ... بس البرنامج دا بيستهدف فئة معينه انما انا كواحده ساكنه في مكان نائي و صعب اجيب بعض الحجات اللي كانو كاتبينها في برنامجهم عشان غير متداوله في اي سوبر ماركت عادي ... يعني لو انت متوسط الدخل صعب تجيب الحاجه دي كلها مره واحده ... دا غير ان البرنامج موحد يعني انت لو مبتحبش السمك او عندك حساسيه من اي نوع من انواع الحجات الموجوده يبقي يعتبر البرنامج بتاعك ناقص ... الفرق بين البرنامج الغذائي اللي بينك وبين غيرك علي الapp دا الكميات بس...
