Gorillas: Online Food Delivery

★★★★★ This app has higher quality (typically) products and a superior user interface to getir. So why do I use getir so much more? Deals and customer support. If gorillas had the same promotions and discounts that getir, then I would use it more than getir. And in the cases where something goes wrong, whether from my end or gorillas, I have to wait a long time before customer support gets back to me. With getir it's near immediate. With an accidental delivery, the delivery will arrive before support.

★★★★★ The new app is a disaster. Gorillas are good & often do some really good offers/discounts on the order/free delivery sometimes. I got a message when I went to open the app that said that I needed to update & that I couldn't use the old version. It crashed my phone, then continued to crash it every time I went to open it ! Plus a few other strange things happened to my phone. I have had to delete it yet again (having already deleted and reinstalled). This app needs checking out asap !!!!

★★☆☆☆ Used to love this service before they were sold to Getir. Now the selection has gone down, quality isn't as good, a lot of brands are no longer available, items are constantly out of stock, at check out you find out more items are missing that had claimed to be in stock, and I find myself giving up out of frustration and going with someone else.

★★☆☆☆ Gorillas no longer delivers to my address. I am deleting the app. I guess their main goal now is losing customers. Good luck with that.
