My 16 items were shopped in less than 10 min,and from there it was also less than 10 min to receive my order. Pity that I was unable to get 1 item (being bread - one of the most important items - the alternative option was also not available, so had to go out anyway to get bread elsewhere). I was always informed of the progress of the order. Overall a fantastic, speedy, convenient service; much needed on my laziest days. (also helps to have promo codes 😊🙂)

Good prices and speedy deliveries but 90% of my orders aren't delivered or canceled. Unless I order early in the morning it's really not good service. I'm not sure if I order at the worst times or busy hours, but I have not been getting the best service for the past 4 months. I probably had not received R800 worth of orders in the past 3-4 months. I got twice as much in half an hour with checkers.

Always delaying orders. You're quick to charge, but the delivery times are a joke! And chatting with a bot is not acceptable, then your agent I called simply hung up on me.
