Wanted to port my old number. Staff really tried but weren't successful. Called customer care 136 many times and explained for 40 minutes each time, but still their advice didn't help. PnP kept sending me a new number. Finally, it accepts old number, but now the stupid app stays stuck and won't allow the otp entered. Unreal.

Been trying to buy airtime since 12 June 2026. I try via the app, type in my card details and all the other info, sit waiting for nearly a minute just to get "Error Creating Payment". This happens every time no matter which bank card I use. So the "free data" is just another gimmick
