** IN RESPONSE TO THE LOW WI-FI PROB: It's possible to complete shops on a phone with no wi-fi or service at all. I do it all the time. Click on SETTINGS. Turn on OFFLINE MODE. You can now complete shops without cell service or wi-fi. GPS will still find you. Later when you have wi-fi, turn OFFLINE MODE off, and click on ACTIVITY (bottom). Your completed shops will automatically upload. BTW - clicking on PLACES (bottom) then MAP (top) before each shop, you'll see that shop's pin. Click to start.

This is literally the WORST app I have ever used. I've been complaining about it for years. Trying to upload completed gigs is most frustrating with continuous glitches. Often I have to make a special trip to the library after finishing my gigs just to continually reboot, reinstall, sign in and out etc. Then jobs appear on my list that aren't assigned to me and vice versa it's just a charade of weird changing glitches all the time. The more questions you answer the more new ones just appear.

I missed shops because I didn't see them, my screen was signed into the third party screen/area. I could only see old shops done for a 3rd party different company. Therefore, I didn't realize I had shops for almost a month. Now, I lost all shops because it looks like I was a no show. When GSA signed me up for 3rd party, I was never told about switching the screens back and forth. Really sad, I enjoyed my TY shops I have now lost!

Corporate spyware masquerading as a productivity tool. Disconnects constantly, uses absurd background data, and can take upwards of 10 minutes to load the missions for a location.
