Be very, very careful in your decision to utilize these companies products. I became a customer in September 2015 & had only (5) forms that I needed to create, and was willing to pay their (INCREDIBLY PRICES) quoted in order to have them completed correctly. Thus far I have been through (3) of their top rep's. And after over (3)! Months of emails, requests, phone communications etc..... I still as of current have absolutely not (1) usable form. Not inclusively I had to pay for (7) pads for my employees to use and pay the monthly fee of over $30.00 dollars per pad per month, and this DID NOT include the fees that you are out of pocket per pad with Pronto Forms. In all it has cost me over $2,000.00 dollars to have all the pads, and Pronto Forms but GUESS WHAT ***as I mentioned earlier Pronto Forms did not get me not (1)! USABLE FORM. THAT'S $2,000.00 DOLLARS OUT-OF-POCKET EXPENSES AND (0) FORMS!. Trust me if you are a small business and are budgeting RUN RUN RUN away from this company.

Installed the app. Tried to use Google sign in and was denied access stating that there was a problem with my username or password. I verified that my password and username were correct through the Google app, yet it continued to deny me access to Pronto forms. Thought maybe if I started typing in a username and password I would intend to use that it might prompt the app to offer to create an account, but it did not. There's no way to access the app for me anyway. No choice but to uninstall. Disappointed.
