I have made use of this app for over 5 years, It's not hard, challenging, nor confusing. If it is to you, then you probably shouldn't be trying to help anyone with any tech issues. Sorry , but if you can't operate a android app, God forbid you ever truly try to help anyone do anything other than set their wallpaper on their machines. As for the customers getting scammed by others using this program, no one to blame but yourself. If you let someone into your device that you don't know, then proceed to give them all kinds of personal information, then you are to blame, not the app. Its like complaining about the phone company cause you got scammed by a con man who called you. If you don't know enough not to share personal info, SS#, id's passwords, etc online, then you really shouldn't be online. Seriously a great App for anyone with common sense, the rest of you that lack such, get off line now while you still have a roof over your head!

On the iPhone you can drag your finger like a mouse and you can set up unattended support. Why is this not an option for the android version? Very upsetting.

Used to be a great app. Now workstations on version 5 will not work through the app. Support wants me to downgrade the workstations to 4.8. How about dont upgrade the workstation till you know it works with the app. Might as well switch to impcremote.

Since I enforced MFA on all of our accounts, this version times out when I leave the app to get the MFA key from the authenticator. Cannot login on the phone app at all.

Horrible app. logged in, but cannot see my list of unattended computers. I've been disappointed in overall performance since logmein took over.
