I personally love this app. The only downside is that not a lot of offices in my state utilize it. Which is not Gotus fault. Adjustments for times are easy, counter offering is simple, messaging offices through gotu is nice (when the office checks it), payment is swift. From Gotus end, everything is really great. They have it all set up for success and easy use.

Great platform to get temping shifts, great communication, would definitely recommend it from the clinician's perspective. Lots of temping opportunities for dental hygienists!

Not effective and useful as they are boasting about on call. We haven't found a single Temp Hug as per our requirements even offering $54 + 22% free (i.e. 65.88/ hr). We get best staff from other sources at 50/hr. Frequency app close white posting on it.

Can't get any of my information to upload. Every time that I try to upload my license info/ID, they never save to my info. How can you use an app that requires you to upload your licenses if the app is incapable of that process?!?

This app is a joke! They require CA dental assistants to have a license and certifications not mandated by the state. Only CA RDAs have licenses regular dental assistants do not, they require coronal polishing certification and some bs nitrous oxide certification. They set their own internal credentialing policies and requirements to join their platform, but they should not be misrepresenting California state law, so I reported them this afternoon.
