Since the merge with simptemp, there are almost no shifts available. When one does come available, it's claimed before you can even look at the details of the shift. This morning I got a text there was a shift posted for tomorrow, but it wouldn't let me log into my account due to too many users logging in at once. The merge did not go as seamlessly as I was hoping. What happened to all the simptemp shifts? The quickly staff is friendly though!

I was scheduled at an office about an hour away from my house. I arrived at the office and 2 minutes later another hygienist arrived. I was told I wasn't scheduled with them, I called quickly, and they had no answer for me. I drove 2 hours back and forth. I wasted an entire day of work. They did not compensate me for my gas or time. They said they'll figure it out, and they never reached out to me.

All the ads that you see tell you to search jobs quickly, but you have to fill out a bunch of stuff to search jobs. Then after you fill it out you apparently have to wait to see if they even approve you to search jobs. When they do approve it, there won't be any jobs near you.

Very disappointing experience with this dental staffing app. Providers can be blocked or removed based on office complaints without proper investigation or chance to respond. There is a clear lack of transparency and fairness in how disputes are handled. Not a reliable platform for dental professionals.
