Govoir: Cameroon Classifieds

Govoir is a classifieds app for Cameroon. Buy and sell near you in Douala, Yaoundé, Buea, Bamenda, Bafoussam and across the country: phones, laptops, cars, motorcycles, furniture, appliances, solar power, clothing, flats, houses, land and services. Both private sellers and businesses post their listings.

POST A LISTING FOR FREE
Add 2 to 8 photos, a title and your price in FCFA, fixed or negotiable. Add the condition (new, refurbished, like new, good...), the brand and model, a car's mileage, or the rent advance and deposit for a rental. "Write with AI" helps you write the description. No listing fees.

LISTINGS CHECKED BEFORE THEY GO LIVE
Our team checks every listing before it is published, usually within 24 hours. Listings expire and sellers renew them, so stale ads do not stay online.

FIND WHAT YOU NEED, FAST
Search by keyword, category, city, distance, price and item details. Sort by newest or by price. Save listings to your favourites and share them.

BE THE FIRST TO KNOW
Save up to 5 search alerts. As soon as a new listing matches, you get a notification and can reply before anyone else, whether it is a used car in Douala, a smartphone in Yaoundé or a studio to rent in Buea.

CHAT ON GOVOIR
Contact the seller from the listing. Quick replies save you time: "Is it still available?", "Would you be open to negotiating?", "Can I visit?". The conversation history is kept. If the seller has a verified WhatsApp number, you can also reach them on WhatsApp. Phone numbers written in descriptions are hidden.

RATED SELLERS
After a confirmed sale, the buyer can review the seller. Every profile shows when the member joined, when they were last active and the share of members who recommend them.

BUY SAFELY
Chat on Govoir. Meet the seller. Check the item. Pay only once you have checked it. Payment happens between members, in cash or by Mobile Money, usually at handover. Govoir has no online payment: a "Govoir link" to pay or any "Govoir fee" is a scam. Report a listing, a profile or a review in seconds, and block a member when needed.

PICKUP OR DELIVERY
Seller pickup, a meetup point or home delivery: the seller states what they offer in the listing.

Govoir is available in English and French, on iPhone, Android and govoir.com, with the same account.
