What you can do
• Jump anywhere: tap the map, search for a place, or enter latitude and longitude coordinates.
• Move naturally: steer with a floating joystick or D-pad that stays on top of other apps, at adjustable walk, run and bike speeds.
• Travel time: after a jump, see the distance between locations and the estimated travel time at your chosen reference speed.
• Privacy in demos: test at a sample location so your real address stays out of screenshots, screen recordings and demos.
• Route playback: draw a route, save it, and play it back along the exact path, lap after lap. Use the joystick to leave the route temporarily, then resume from where you left it.
• Save places: name and tag spots you use often, and reach them from the floating window without leaving the app you are testing.
• History: revisit previous locations and route runs without setting them up again.
• Home screen widgets keep your saved places and routes one tap away.
• Replay a recorded GPX track to test fitness and navigation apps, or start from a place shared from another map app.
• Works with apps that use Android's standard location or Google Play location services.
• Back up your places, routes and history to a single file.
• Light or dark theme, metric or imperial units.
Enable mock locations in two steps
1. Turn on Developer options: Settings > About phone > tap "Build number" seven times.
2. In Developer options, open "Select mock location app" and choose GPS-Go.
Menu names may vary by device. The app guides you through setup and required permissions on first launch.
Good to know
• GPS-Go uses Android's built-in mock location setting. It does not root your device, change other apps, or hide itself. Apps that check can tell the location is simulated, and some refuse it. If an app cannot find your location, it may be rejecting simulated locations.
• GPS-Go does not request background location permission.
• No account needed. Your places, routes, history and settings are stored locally on your device. Place searches are sent to our search providers. The free version shows ads from Google AdMob, with consent where required. Optional Ad-free and Pro subscriptions are available in the app.
• GPS-Go is meant for development and testing. Using it with other apps or services may break their terms, and you are responsible for how you use it.
