I find the app works well. It was a real pain to get connected, follow the page that walks you through. After that no problems, the scheduling times for filter and heat work nicely. Give that some thought, don't cross start/stop times. Love the Spa!

New and improved, now FABULOUS! Works super well for controlling my Saluspa Smart Tahiti 7. Connected easily to my Wi-Fi. Timers work without issue. I can control my spa from work or anywhere. Forget to turn it off? No problem. This saves me time and energy. Love Love LOVE it! This spa is amazing in and of itself; Truly, one my favorite purchases in my 50 years here. Add in some app control, and you'll have to forgive me for my smug smile please.

The old Beltway Smart Hub app connects to and controls my SaluSpa V01 pump, but scheduling stopped working. Support—helpful and familiar with this common issue—told me to switch to the new Best Connect app. I removed the spa, uninstalled the old app, and restarted both the pump and Wi-Fi, but Best Connect will not connect at all. Its error says to use Smart Hub, while support says that message is wrong. I’m left with one app that connects but won’t schedule, and another that won’t connect.

As others report, the timer / schedule functionality does not work. You will have to either manually turn your tub on/off, or use the app (the app does work for basic on/off commands). Any response from the developers?
