Setup was fine for me. You just need to make sure the app has the proper permissions set and is within range of your phone and Wi-Fi network. Remote controlling works fine. I do wish there was more explanation in the scheduling as I need to get it under control; my spa adds $80/month to my energy bill :(

Over all, I think it's good. I only use it for our Coleman Saluspa, but it connected with no issues, and works as expected. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars, it would be AMAZING if we could turn on notifications or alerts in the app to alert when a device is disconnected, or for the Spa's specific, if you could set temp warnings. We live in a cold region, and if the Hot tub shuts off, there is a chance it could freeze. A warning could save us. Other than that, it works as expected.

Flaky app and no option for support. My spa was working fine. I unplugged it, and it came up with flashing Wi-Fi light. I have not been able to get it back online. I even deleted the app and reinstalled it. I cannot get the unit to connect to my Wi-Fi router 10 ft away @ 10+ tries. There is no way to reach out to support. This has always been a flaky system. It will randomly drop Wi-Fi connection and is difficult to get reconnected. Without Wi-Fi there is no way to schedule it to run. Frustrating!!!

Scheduling no longer works. Set schedule and hot tub does nothing at set time. Can control from app to turn on manually still but scheduling is broken.
