The app worked great for me. I never had any issues, and it was really nice for unlocking the door remotely for guests when I wasn't home and also for setting the thermostat.

The features available are nice. You can make temporary passcodes, control your thermostat and lock remotely, and most the of standard features you'd expect. But the app is unresponsive. The app is also an incredible battery drain if you leave it open in the background. My phone has warned me multiple times of high CPU usage, and I've noticed how hot my phone gets if I forget to close the app any time I want to adjust temperature in my apartment.

I hate this system. I hate that every time I lock my door from the outside it says it's jammed. I hate that the app takes so long to open every time I want to enter my home, and I have to put down anything I'm carrying to get out my phone and wait for it to open my door. I would like to disable the autolock, so I don't get locked out if I have to go get the fire extinguisher from the breezeway and put out a fire. I want a key.

Useless app needs connectivity to even open. How are we supposed to check the door code when there is no connectivity!
