I thought Latch was bad... this is even worse. I don't normally rate apps because I am not normally required to use one. The app seemingly no longer works without an internet connection, which is a problem when I need to use it in my apartment garage with no cell service, and it is constantly forgetting my apartment info or logging me out. Today it even refused to connect when I had wi-fi! I would have been stuck out of my apartment without my lock code. Also, NFC unlock hardly ever works.

Great when it works, not having the app open and trying to unlock the door works about 30% of the time at best. Majority of the time I have to open the app then I can unlock the door. Still beats a key and having to carry one extra thing. My apartment complex switched from latch to door, I feel latch was more reliable when it came to nfc and not having to have the app open.

Please just give us key fobs or something. This app is so slow, unbelievably slow, I end up blocking traffic trying to get into the garage, and the elevator starts moving before the app loads and lets me unlock it. Zero stars.

Inconvenient and unreliable. Would unlock random doors 20 feet away but unresponsive to the one right before my phone.
