Can take a bit longer the first time you open a door, but after that it's practically instant. Would like them to add NFC unlocking to Google smartwatches.

Works, but not great. Just gave me a big prompt to switch over to NFC. Made the settings change and no doors would unlock until I switched it back. Ok, it took some finagling, but it seems to be working now, and it is faster than the old Bluetooth version, added a star back

Will not easily open doors. Too slow or doesn't work consistent. Have to use the actual specific door unlocks instead of proximity just working.

Significantly worse than the previous 'Latch' app. S Door is slower and some key features were removed. Residents at the property where I work always complain about these devices not working properly as well. Fob access is still preferred by most.

Inconsistent and slow. Some doors require you to unlock your phone and launch the app, others do not. They unlock very slowly. Works nicely on an Apple Watch but Samsung / Android watches are not currently supported. Apps you are forced to use by virtue of living at an apartment need to be a lot more consistent and user-friendly. It is not realistic for someone to make a housing decision based solely on the property's App choice, so you end up having to rent in spite of which app they use.
