I hate this app so much. It is so clunky. If every latch lock was replaced by a key card we would live in a better world. It takes forever to let me in. and sometimes it logs me out! As an app it does not seem to save my password and if there is Wi-Fi trouble, it is a pain to need to reset it just to get into my apartment! Terrible. Also the keypad thing latch does is also slow and buggy. Fury and anger flood through me for being forced to use this godforsaken app.

Do not live at any property that forces residents to use this Latch app to get into your own home. The amount of time I've lost over the last year and a half waiting for this glitchy, piece of garbage app to connect, reload, crash, reload, and finally unlock my own goddamn front door is literally hours and hours of my life I'll never get back. And heaven help you if you live in a large complex and have to go through multiple Latch-connected doors to get in.
