Our building has been using it for many years. Yes, if you don't update the app once in a while, you may have issues; however, the app notifies you for the update. We use the Digital fob, the facial entry without any issues.

Nice app and very useful as it adds flexibility and convenience to the tenants. I had lately a configuration issue with our building entry system and one of the 1Vallet experts, his name is Tayo (I want to mention him), took the time to listen to me and understand the problem. He was calm, very respectful, and patiently tried different possibilities to find the best solution that satisfies me. Cayo's respectful and professional behaviors as well as his knowledgeable support are very appreciated.

Booking the amenities is tedious. You can't book the day of and even then it doesn't show if the room you're looking at is booked. There are two amenities rooms in my building and people think they booked one when actually it was the other. The app allows anyone to enter the booked room regardless of not being the ones who booked it. Fix it so that the booking says something along the lines of "this room is booked today from 8am-10pm, please try another day" instead of what it currently says.

The digital fob doesn't work 50% of the time (just a single green flash, no unlock), I can't have my house key only work 50% of the time, that's unacceptable.

Forcing GMS to open my door the app forces you to use Google Play Services. They have no alternative solutions. I literally cannot use my buzzer because of this
