Needs an actual widget. No, Home Control is not a widget. That's why they're called two different things.

The app works well, when it works. It sporadically will erase (?) or lose access to my data and tell me I don't have access to anything. Very inconvenient when you need to set up guest access or use it yourself to get into your community. Then today my app continues to crash each time I attempt to access a specific guest pass.

Great for keeping people out that don't belong

The app constantly crashes when trying to access/delete inactive passes. So now there are a slew of passes that can't be reactivated or deleted. Seems to be a known problem myQ is unfortunately not taking care of. And our property is forcing us to use it.

The apps work for the first few weeks, but now we can't delete old guest pass or view our history record. It's constantly crash when I tried to access those functions. Online chat was not helpful either

This app drives me crazy. Every two weeks. It feels like I have to completely redownload the app and set all the permissions over again because the icons for both of my gates disappear. It is beyond annoying.

With Bluetooth, an app, smart devices, why can't you simply push a button in the app and open gate/gain access ??
