The app works well, when it works. It sporadically will erase (?) or lose access to my data and tell me I don't have access to anything. Very inconvenient when you need to set up guest access or use it yourself to get into your community. Then today my app continues to crash each time I attempt to access a specific guest pass.

Breaks constantly, basic behaviors frequently give generic unhelpful error messages. Extremely bad ui, simple tasks are extremely annoying, especially when you have to retry them repeatedly. It's a product that makes my life worse and my rent go up.

I don't like using the app for opening the gates because I don't drive with my phone in my hand. It's an inconvenience for me to have to stop to open a gate. I prefer the remote entry. Also, you have to stay connected to Bluetooth and if the Internet is down for maintenance the gates won't open
