After a recent update, I can no longer reuse or delete previously created codes that have gone inactive. They show up in my list but when I click on them, they cause the app to crash, so now I have a long list of inactive codes piling up in the app.

It's nice as long as you don't lose your gate icons. I've had to uninstall and then reinstall the app twice because the icons just vanished

The app works well, when it works. It sporadically will erase (?) or lose access to my data and tell me I don't have access to anything. Very inconvenient when you need to set up guest access or use it yourself to get into your community. Then today my app continues to crash each time I attempt to access a specific guest pass.

I would really like to rearrange the order of the boxes. Ironically the ones I use most are at the bottom which I have to scroll to which is annoying because I'm driving when doing so...

Received an invitation from my apartment community, but the app is unusable. Every time I tap Sign Up, I get "There was an error loading this page. Please ensure you have connectivity and try again." My connection is fine — I've tried Wi-Fi and mobile data, cleared cache and data, updated Web View and Chrome, and reinstalled the app on my Galaxy S23 Ultra. Nothing works. There's no web signup alternative either, so I'm completely locked out of my building's access features. Please fix the Android sign

Any time I try to sign up or log in, it just says error. I have a stable internet and 5g connection and similar apps work on my phone. I hate that my apartment complex changed from actual keys to this glitch nightmare

This app is supposed to make everything easier and more accessible. That's nearly impossible when the app is constantly logging me out in/out of use, and I have to re-log in every time just to open the dang gate.
