Simple to use with great visitor features - the temporary pass is great to give out for parties, so I'm not constantly monitoring my phone for guests arriving. I wish it were available as an app in my Ford truck, which has Google Play built-in.

Our lives have become much easier, one less "problem" became. But probably only half of the residents have access to it (the rest continue to tear the door to enter the building, since we get access here, who and who had the keys were old. And who re-bought the key for $50. From the exit lock to the lobby. We've had this device for 4 years. Well, no one used the doors. They and me. It wasn't until 4 years later that we managed to get our spring apartments in the System from our management. An 8

My condo is forcing us to use this. I hate how many permissions to my private/personal data it demands-no privacy allowed I guess in 2026. I will raise my review if I can get a guarantee it will respect my privacy. I know how important privacy is, especially as we lose more privacy every year.

Doesn't actually help with anything. It doesn't allow elevator access, so I still have to carry my access fob on me to get to my apartment and so it's not saving my having to carry it. In the same way, lack of elevator access means my visitors or deliveries can't get to me, so I still have to go down and meet them anyway. And even forgetting the elevator issue, when I tested it while actually standing outside the door, the app says it unlocked the door while the door clearly remained locked.

Push notification action buttons do not work. Calls my phone, and then I can't open the app to take action. Cameras are so slow they sometimes never load at all. Also I have concerns about whether I can get into my apartment if the Internet goes down... way worse experience than the old system our building replaced.

Buggy as hell. I hate this app, and it makes me want to break my apartment lease since the complex switched. I shouldn't have to stand outside for several minutes regularly trying to get into my own apartment building.
