Push notification action buttons do not work. Calls my phone, and then I can't open the app to take action. Cameras are so slow they sometimes never load at all. Also I have concerns about whether I can get into my apartment if the Internet goes down... way worse experience than the old system our building replaced.

Horrible experience trying to get account set up on android phone. Too many crossovers between butterfly and passwords, safety backups, not recognizing passwords backup upon backups between microsoft, butterfly, google and god knows who/what else is required. No help available so will just use what the default is. Hope that will work to open the #$$^&%*& door

The "swipe to unlock" door control is a real accessibility barrier I'm visually impaired, and I didn't choose Butterfly MX — my building installed it, so I'm stuck using it whether it works for me or not. The problem is that the single most important thing this app does, opening my front door, is built around a control that's genuinely hard for me to use. GARBAGE and overpriced knockoff poorly executed with cheap hardware. No other app on the planet invades your privacy more. Why would any sane person that cares about their personal data not being obtained by shady 3rd party, your mic, your audio, video, contacts, gps, everything being stored by this company who in a decade could only get 1M users, ever allow this data to get into wrong hands and your world turned upside down just to open a door? That tradeoff and risk is absurd. Run away fast.
