The "swipe to unlock" door control is a real accessibility barrier I'm visually impaired, and I didn't choose Butterfly MX — my building installed it, so I'm stuck using it whether it works for me or not. The problem is that the single most important thing this app does, opening my front door, is built around a control that's genuinely hard for me to use. Never works for me to get into the butterfly room. Some deliverers don't leave a code and having this app doesn't help me retrieve it. I try to edit and it shows nothing. What good is it

I miss requests often because the app barely notifies you. The notification doesn't buzz on my watch, it doesn't pop up on my phone screen, literally nothing, just a silent notification. I have to be using my phone and happen to see the icon show up in my notification tray to catch an incoming door request/call. I bet this isn't an issue on iOS. I've tried watch app, no watch app, flipping all notifications on, etc. Sometimes I get a call from a random number that will get screened by Google…

Horrible experience trying to get account set up on android phone. Too many crossovers between butterfly and passwords, safety backups, not recognizing passwords backup upon backups between microsoft, butterfly, google and god knows who/what else is required. No help available so will just use what the default is. Hope that will work to open the #$$^&%*& door
