Newly installed in my West Palm Beach community. Took some time, but facial recognition at gate has relieved me of entering pin or pulling up app. Pull up recognized, in I go. Pin # backup AND temporary pin access for guests or deliveries. Quite powerful for automated, unmanned gates

After much research, I recommended Swift lane to our 11-unit building several years ago. We love the facial recognition feature! The app makes it easy to assign codes, talk to and see visitors via the intercom, and unlock the building doors even when we're traveling. The only issue is that when my husband and I are both at home, and one of us hits the unlock button, the other's app continues to ring until they hit the button, too, which is super annoying.

Very useful. Good facial recognition and very easy to get in the building. Wish there was a way to answer the door but only to the package room. One day, maybe.

App doesn't work. I'm not able to open the gate to my own apartment complex. I need this fixed immediately.

When I open the app to get into my building, I'm frequently met with a pop-up asking me to rate the app, or inform me of some change within the app. I wasn't going to rate this app, but given that pop-ups happen regularly, which delays me from gaining access to my home, I can only rate 1 star. This app is awful, I hate that my HOA uses it, and I hate that I have to be met with egregious pop-ups before I'm even allowed to use the app to open my door (assuming the app is even working correctly).

Awful entry system. Lacks adequate security protocols and doesn't work well on Android. Shockingly discovered that under several circumstances the system grants entry and reports to you, it denied entry. Love the possibility of telling a stranger at the entrance door that entry is denied only to have the software open it for him. Apparently Swift lane considers this a benefit and a feature.
