Using the multi tenant unit. Works very well. Two-way audio/video stream opens instantly on demand. Unlocks doors also instantly and consistently. Customer service when needed is there to help. I would prefer a higher resolution than 720.

Works very well and as intended. If I had to criticize anything is the design. It's complicated for nothing and a wizard can help for a quick setup. Otherwise, beautiful hardware and software.

I love the door bird very much! I would like to have the ability to control the motion sensor blind time if possible! Please also add ability to schedule auto restart. It is sad to know that many people gave 1 star to door bird. Please take note that for fast notification, you need to have fast stable internet and your phone must be off battery saving mode.

Unreliable. Very often there is no sound nor notification that someone is pushing the doorbell. Already checked all phone and app settings (notifications, battery saving, sounds, ...). Seems the app keeps disconnecting to the door bird although Wi-Fi connection is stable and/or when phone goes to sleep/screen lock mode.
