APP DOES NOT WORK, when i log in it says someone else is already viewing. This app advised changing to AIW IT app now none of them work. ANY DEVELOPERS AROUND TO EXPLAIN??

This app is becoming a let-down now. This was something I had for very important reasons and recording when I needed. Why does the app not record the video as you are watching a live view now? That was a very important feature for me as I needed the videos I have from live view for an important personal reason. Now I can't have any videos recorded and downloaded from live view because nothing shows other than missed motion, which shows nothing at all due to the recording delay....

Don't work and the would not help me and keep saying about my Wi-Fi connection, but it is working 100% so don't get it as the app do not work can not see doorbell camera but still get the notification
