it's not a bad device its just that the way they explain it to be free it is but after a few months they want you to subscribe and pay for a subscription which was my reason for buying wouldn't have to subscribe 🤔 the on to of that you have to buy a subscription for each camera

New update sucks. Doesn't send me any notifications to my phone. It was working fine before now I have gone into the app to check the camera

They were very good but since the update on the 22nd of September there is zero notifications or video recording. A great way to blow 119 quid for a years' subscription. Was messaging there chat for over an hour to get them working (I have 4 cameras) and even they gave up on it. So now there only any good for live views

I bought this subscription in Oct 2025 it worked fine. Until I changed my Wi-Fi password. Then I was never able to connect to it after that. It doesn't recognize the Bluetooth at all. And my subscription doesn't end until 10/25/2026. I reached out to customer service which didn't help because the Bluetooth is unrecognizable for this device to connect to. So I'm just going to go with a ring doorbell cam. I refuse to pay $30 again for this app
