SCAM. I have this camera for almost a year now, and after a few mos, you have to pay for a subscription to view live feed. They should have said that in the description. Save your $$$ and get something more reliable.

So, after reading a great deal of the reviews, I see I am not the only one with the same issues! I also noticed that nobody from the app NOR customer service has bothered to respond to any of the ongoing issues. We not only pay for the actual cameras but the subscription to view anything and yet 95% of the time the cameras are absolutely useless. The app logs myself and/or my boyfriend out continuously, and it's to the point that he refuses to even try to log in anymore. App still charges though

I'm having things disappear. So I got camera the doorbell. Installed it. I'm a paraplegic in a wheelchair. Purchased the annual subscription in order to view camera. I leave my house. Feeling secure. That I have a camera. Come home. I'm missing a trailer. Go to check my camera. It has turned itself off due to too much movement. So I moved the camera to the side of the house. Once again I leave. Now I got something missing. Check it again turned itself off. I want a refund of my subscription.
