it's not a bad device its just that the way they explain it to be free it is but after a few months they want you to subscribe and pay for a subscription which was my reason for buying wouldn't have to subscribe 🤔 the on to of that you have to buy a subscription for each camera

Updated review. Pricing scam! Since forcing subscriptions to view recordings the Premium pricing, which appears to be the cheapest option-is based on 20 units, so if you want to cover any less than 20 cameras you STILL PAY FOR 20. In the UK that's £119 per year for a service that is not 24/7 recording: continues to switch off randomly on a daily basis. I changed settings to detect everything, the lowest human detection setting, so that it now acts as a deterrent and not a recording camera.

This service is a waste of money can't view videos no customer service. I've been charged twice by Google and seeing does not honor payment.

I paid for the recording and subscription, and I can't even see playback when I walk in front of my own camera. Scam

Software auto-uodate just eliminated live view, so doorbell is now essentially useless without subscription. Nasty backhanded way to trick you into buying doorbell and then forcing monthly subscription upon you or the doorbell is a waste.
