Actually the app works fine for me, but one thing to notice: when I set it to away or home, it would be good if the setting were visible somewhere all the time. If I press 'away' it shows for 2 seconds that I pressed it. There should be a sign or an 'x' or something all the time till I change it. And then an 'x' or something at 'home'. Not a big deal, but it would be good.

1. Account expired without any warning or reminder 2. Demands Wi-Fi even if your mobile has data and hotspot 3. Keeps asking for location. Not sure if it's mandatory 4. Ui is cumbersome/confusing 5. Live recording in the mobile is being stopped automatically, when ever the app is being put in the background (e.g. you try to call police in case of theft). Customer care pretend that they didn't understand the issue, kept diverting and talking about the scheduled recording in the camera sd card.

App performance on mobile data is very poor. Just doesn't play immediately. Keeps buffering. On Wi-Fi it works great but even on my 5G network it's very poor performance. Also, why does the app keep giving the pop-up playing on cellular network. It's very irritating. Once we have allowed to play on cellular network pls stop the pop-up. Mobile data is now cheaper than Wi-Fi. Pls improve the app performance on mobile cellular network. It's just awful currently.

Pathetic app, doesn't let users see the live view continuously, PIP option not available, I would not recommend this camera to anyone because of app. Once we have to buy the expensive camera, and then we have to buy the subscription to watch the live view continuously without any hurdles. They must only sell the crowd rather than the live view which is expensive also. DON'T BUY
