We use one camera for pet surveillance and another one at the front door. Very good image quality, the app allows recording events based on sounds/movement/timely. Also, you can enable/disable notifications on the app with a single tap. Highly recommended.

Good cameras and app. I can monitor my home where ever I am with no issues. My only issue is the intrusion detection has limited use. You can only set 3 zones and if you pan the camera to a different position the zones move with the camera instead of staying in the area you set, so they become useless. A setting to block out trees and bushes would also be welcome as the camera keeps moving from the center to focus on a tree blowing in the wind. Imou protect popups annoying

I love this app, sadly it won't install on chromebook which is one reason why I purchased chromebook over windows, what a shame is there a workaround. Is it chromebook itself or the app its self. I will email IMOU to see if they can help but maybe you can help make it work on chromebook please x

They make you pay for a monthly fee if you want to see the cameras continuously on the Windows app. Otherwise, they will put the screen on pause which is of course, very annoying. Also on this app, they keep asking you if you want to do a trial of the imou protect subscription, which is also annoying cos it delays the user while being on the interface. They don't let you download videos from the sd card unless you pay for the subscription. Too many adverts for subscription to thier cloud

I have a stable and active cellular data, but it's not establishing connection so that I can use it remotely. At times, it works, at times to I would have to try several times by refreshing and switching on my data on and off for multiple times but to no avail, but meanwhile "I have turned on play on cellular device" settings in the imou app. Because of this problem I can't monitor my home from work, and it's very frustrating. Unless I get back home and connect with a router before the camera work

There is a bug I am creating the ID entering the email and creating the password I type password and password is too simple error
