Poor App and Connection Issues I recently bought the Imou Bullet 2E 5MP camera, and I’m very disappointed. The Imou Life app is full of connection problems — the camera doesn’t connect to Wi-Fi even after several attempts, and even the Ethernet cable setup often fails or gets stuck during configuration. The app interface is slow, confusing, and not user-friendly. Overall, the setup experience is very frustrating and needs major improvement.

After last update, 2 of the cameras stopped showing all card recordings... many attempt i hv made to contact developer but of no use... No kne responds.

I’m really disappointed with Imou. Even for basic users, they don’t allow remote access or download from SD card without upgrading to premium. It’s so unfair — this feature should be available for everyone. The camera itself is good, but the app restrictions ruin the whole experience. Please fix this in the future update.
