Great quality camera as well as excellent software. The only function I would ask for on the software side, is to add an export function. You spend the time setting up rules and settings, but no way to export and save. Would be a hassle if needing to uninstall and reinstall software and start again from scratch.

Dear IMOU Team, I would like to request a new feature for the IMOU Life app. When a camera is shared with multiple users, the camera owner (Admin) should be able to see which shared users are currently watching the live camera feed. The app should display the names or accounts of all users who are viewing the live stream in real time. This feature will improve security, transparency, and help camera owners monitor access to their shared cameras.

There is no way to delete any video recorded from the app! If I want to free some space from the SD card, I can't and I have to formate the SD card each time I need to delete a recorded file. **I hope this I can have more control to delete a video file from the SD card or even flag a video file to not be deleted if the SD space is completely used and the flagged video file is the oldest one on it.

Can't view live feed for long it asks to pay also human detection and fencing is a mess keeps sending alerts human detected when there is no human false alarms create your life miserable

Fundamentally flawed app. The event history data and videos are stored on my SD card, but the app limits the event history display to 7 days to force you into a paid cloud subscription. Because the app hides the event log of your own local data, you must blindly scrub hours of raw video to find events. Cloud should be an optional storage backup, not a paywall to simply read local SD card metadata. Competitor brands like EZVIZ do not artificially restrict your local storage UI. Imou, do better.

Has stopped working with Alexa show so now it's useless. Worked perfectly for a year but now when I say Alexa show car cam 2 Alexa just says camera not working, but it works fine on this app. Iv tried resetting everything but still w9nt work even though the Alexa skill does link to it no problem. Now iv had it to long to send back to amazon.
