I like the app but the fact that you can't put emergency work orders in and the categories are very limited on what you can submit when there are matters that come up that need to addressed immediately.

The General category should include multiple items, then in sub categories be able to check all that applies; lighting, fire detector, garage door, blinds, drip pans and other miscellaneous items.

Trash app when you click on request maintenance it sends you to a website, and you have to log in there but when you do finally get logged in the options are so limited you can't even request the right maintenance you need. If I could rate it 0 stars I would.

The app is defective. You cannot get past the sign on screen. Don't waste your time. I can't believe they haven't res[ponded to this, it's been reported many times,

App is useless, unless you just want it to take up space on your phone. I click Sign up, and try to search my address, and it keeps clearing the search and retelling me to put in my address.
