Schonell App: Condo & Intercom

THE OPERATING SYSTEM FOR SINGAPORE CONDOS.

Your whole condo, in one app. Open gates and lifts. Answer visitors. Send guest passes. Get estate notices. Coming soon: book facilities, pay your fees and stay connected with your neighbours.

Free for every resident. Forever.
No trial. No ads. We never sell your data.

YOUR DOOR, IN YOUR POCKET
• See who's at the door: live video lets you see and speak to visitors from anywhere, then let them in with one tap
• Open it from your phone: gates, doors, lifts and carparks, wherever your estate has them
• Let guests in before they arrive: send a visitor pass that expires on its own
• Get in faster: home-screen widgets open the door without opening the app
• See what happened: every intercom call and door opening, in one place

EVERYTHING AROUND YOUR ESTATE
• Book facilities (coming soon): the pool, BBQ pits, courts and function rooms
• Pay your fees by PayNow (coming soon): straight to your estate's account, with no transaction fees
• Estate notices: hear from management the moment they post
• Community (coming soon): talk to neighbours, buy and sell, and share recommendations
• Contacts: reach your management office and Schonell support in a tap

NOT JUST AN APP. THE SYSTEM BEHIND YOUR CONDO.
Schonell connects the intercom, the access control, the management console and this app in one system. Your management office runs the estate on the same platform you use, so a notice or a new visitor pass reaches you as it happens.
One company. One platform. One team behind it.

BUILT IN SINGAPORE
We have designed and manufactured intercom and access systems in Singapore since 2014, and more than 200 estates run on Schonell.
• Your data is stored in Singapore
• Built to Singapore's PDPA
• No ads, ever

GETTING STARTED
1. Download the Schonell App
2. Register with your estate's QR code or the sign-up form
3. Once management approves you, you're in

What you see depends on how your estate has set up Schonell. Door and intercom features need Schonell intercom and access hardware. Is your estate not on Schonell yet? Ask your management office to register for free at schonell.co.

Using Schonell Interphone today? Just update. Your account and doors carry over.
