It works, but it takes hella long time to load up when starting the app. I got OnePlus 11. Update: Jan 7 update keeps logging me off. So now I have to sign in every time. Update2: May 21, app works again. Flawlessly too.

The app hardly works. It often doesn't connect to the lights or heating properly, so you get an error message when trying to adjust those. My biggest issue is the Lobby Call feature. When I receive a call from the Lobby my screen lights up and gives the option to answer but the phone itself doesn't vibrate or make sounds so unless you're expecting a call from the Lobby you're likely to miss it altogether. Sometimes when you answer it doesn't let you unlock the Lobby door either.

Logging off frequently for no reason, app takes too long to load up and every single function straight up doesn't work anymore. I can't change the temperature or lock/unlock doors, can't arm/disarm alarm. Completely useless app.

Lots of room for improvement. QA seems to be severely lacking as the bugs encountered should have been mitigated by standard QA practices. The UI/UX are good, and when the app works, it works well. The inconsistent functionality can and should be fixed at the system level. Dev/QA team needs to pick up their feet here. Another outage that unlinked my wall pad. Time sensitive package is inaccessible because the app is down.
