It works, but it takes hella long time to load up when starting the app. I got OnePlus 11. Update: Jan 7 update keeps logging me off. So now I have to sign in every time. Update2: May 21, app works again. Flawlessly too.

The thermostat will turn off the heat if it gets to within 2 degrees of the temperature you set. This is too wide of a margin and needs to change. Absolute trash system and a known issue for years which they refused to improve. I need it to go to the temperature I set before turning off. Also needs the ability to adjust by 0.5 degrees. Old school thermostats are far preferable to this nonsense.

The app hardly works. It often doesn't connect to the lights or heating properly, so you get an error message when trying to adjust those. My biggest issue is the Lobby Call feature. When I receive a call from the Lobby my screen lights up and gives the option to answer but the phone itself doesn't vibrate or make sounds so unless you're expecting a call from the Lobby you're likely to miss it altogether. Sometimes when you answer it doesn't let you unlock the Lobby door either.

Logging off frequently for no reason, app takes too long to load up and every single function straight up doesn't work anymore. I can't change the temperature or lock/unlock doors, can't arm/disarm alarm. Completely useless app.

Can't even unlock the door into my suite with the press unlock function, fix it immediately
