I would like the ability to see which cooling events were for humidity (AC Overcook Max) vs for sensible temp in the reports section. I would also like the ability to change the humidity set point from the app. The humidity report also should scale from lowest to highest, like the temp graph, rather than always from 0–100%, which produces illegible data.

Works well. The best value thermostat that allows me to set a temperature range instead of just a value. Have to access menus on the device itself but allows me to tell it to wait 2 or 3 degrees temperature change before turning on the unit. Less cycling equals longer life for the compressor and moving parts.

Nice looking modern app and displays my Generac solar information as well. It performs way better than the stand alone Generac app does.

No history plots of usage? Still not as good as Sensi. The most basic thing you want to know is your usage over time. There is no way to set Ocoee fan duty cycle in the different modes. Can't turn off fan. If I'm away I don't care to run the fan 50% of the time that is a waste. The fan mode needs to be part of the modes. Skeptical of the air quality sensor readings. It's a useless sensor and provides no insight. Cannot connect to Alexa reliably. Alexa does not show the Ocoee as a thermostat

Twice my Ocoee gave my local power provider access to control my thermostat even though I disabled eco+. Not cool, literally! One more time and this thing is gone!

PLEASE, DON'T SHOW OLD DATA! When you start the app, it doesn't show current temp/thermostat info. Instead, it shows you what those values from some point in the past (maybe 10 mins ago, maybe 2 hours ago. Who knows?) until it slowly updates. Also, if the thermostat goes offline, the app continues to show old data and controls that won't work. If Ocoee is listening: when the app starts either a) show no data until updated or b) show last update time - but not the current behavior.

The current version of the app has a major bug that breaks the sound on your phone. After viewing doorbell video, the sound on my phone is locked to "phone" output, meaning I cannot hear any media sounds, or alarms. This is fixed by performing a "force stop" on the Eco bee app, or restarting the phone.
