The app is okay and the thermostat I'm using is ok but what ticks me off is how most of the thermostats out there are run 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi versus 5 GHz Wi-Fi making me have to run more than one access point everything in my house runs on 5 GHz Wi-Fi accept this thing. So because of that I will not be using the Wi-Fi smart features and my thermostat would just be offline. I mean really Ocoee would it break the bank for you to throw in a 5 GHz Wi-Fi chip? Also option for WPA2 Enterprise would be nice

Not intuitive to use. Most settings are buried in places that difficult to get to. The thermostat is "offline" ~90% of the time when I open the app, forcing me to close and open the app until it finally connects. The schedule feature only allows for one schedule, which means I'm constantly editing it, instead of having multiple schedules available to switch between as weather and seasons change. When I do make changes, they have to be made multiple times before it saves. Terrible experience.

Their latest update broke Wi-Fi connectivity stability, smart home and away function no longer works and temperature readings are inaccurate. If someone smart were in charge, they would simply revert the update to a month ago when everything was fine. Only an incompetent leader would leave all these bugs in place and try to fix them while their customers remain frustrated having an expensive piece of garbage on their wall called Ocoee. Can't fix stupid.
