• Customer Messaging allows dealership staff to respond quickly, streamlining interactions with customers.

• DealerChat expedites work in progress by facilitating communications with internal employees.

• Mobile Inspect allows technicians to complete multipoint inspections from anywhere. Users can take photos, videos, and audio clips of inspected vehicles and attach to the recommended services. Vehicle history is available with each and every vehicle inspection.

• Users will receive push notifications on their mobile device when Xtime alerts are triggered for events such as new customer messages or new RO assignments.

Xtime Mobile App can be downloaded for free, but does require a monthly subscription and signed license agreement. I'm having trouble with the app now uploading photos or even taking pictures. I continue to get the notification that I have to allow permissions on my phone settings. My permissions allow for the app to access my pictures, as it was before. I firmly do not believe the issue is not on my phone end, as I have done everything I can think of to troubleshoot on my own (review settings and permissions, Uninstall and reinstall, etc.). The only variable was the last update. Please fix.

Doesn't always upload video. Have to do the video twice. Any way to delete pictures and videos of put on the wrong RO? Application is clunky?

Bad experience to be honest. The fact I have to relogin every time I open the app is annoying. The camera all of a sudden (after working ok for a bit) now just comes up blank, and I have to restart my phone to get it to work. If I complete work on my phone is resends the entire inspection the advisor even if work was already approved and inspection completed before. The video compressor doesn't work properly and takes ages longer than just uploading the original file size. Many issues unlisted
