Description

• Customer Messaging allows dealership staff to respond quickly, streamlining interactions with customers.

• DealerChat expedites work in progress by facilitating communications with internal employees.

• Mobile Inspect allows technicians to complete multipoint inspections from anywhere. Users can take photos, videos, and audio clips of inspected vehicles and attach to the recommended services. Vehicle history is available with each and every vehicle inspection.

• Users will receive push notifications on their mobile device when Xtime alerts are triggered for events such as new customer messages or new RO assignments.

Xtime Mobile App can be downloaded for free, but does require a monthly subscription and signed license agreement. App stopped working for me. I have tried clearing cache and app data, uninstall and reinstall nothing works. Contacted support and their reply was to ask if I was using a mobile app when I stated it was not working on my Samsung Galaxy S23 and I have reinstalled from Google play store.

It was working fine for the past year. After the new update the camera feature doesn't load. Can't take videos or photos.

This app just gets worse and worse. First pics and videos wouldn't upload, and now I have to constantly keep login in every hour even when im in the middle of an inspection and the inspection would not update anything that was added and have to restart all over. Tried of this app but have to use it for work. Ugh

Doesn't always upload video. Have to do the video twice. Any way to delete pictures and videos of put on the wrong RO? Application is clunky?
