I have this functional autracker on my official car but, the tracker software begins to malfunction after installing same tracker on my personal car, so at the moment, the tracker on the two cars are non-functional now. The third party installer hasn't visited me to rectify the problems, and as things stands now, I'm considering all available options for a redress.
