App performs reliably and from what I can see by comparing it with the GPS in my car, is very accurate. I once used it after changing tire size on my previous car, to see if my speedometer was still accurate; to determine approximate altitude while hiking in the mountains; and to give a compass heading when storm spotting. It's a very useful app to have on my device.

Good app. However, on Google Pixel 9 the upper and lower parts of the app's screen have become overlapped with the home screen's status bar and navigation bar, therefore some app functions no longer accessible (including the app settings).

Very useful app. It would be even better if "registered" with Android Auto. The latter does not display the current device's speed and one has to rely on the car's dashboard. If it was registered with Android Auto we'd be able to have a split screen : Google Maps/GPS Test Plus. We'd have speed, altitude and heading. GPS "true" Speed is the most requested function on Google Maps for Android Auto.

Was great for years, but the layout doesn't work anymore. Buttons are under the notification area and behind the button navigation on Android 16 and a Pixel 8 Pro. None of the layout editing buttons are clickable in landscape or portrait mode since they are all in the corners behind at least one of the areas.

Manually creating a saved location does not work. e.g. 1) use Google Maps to find the coords of a location. Copy them. 2) paste them into the latitude box. The minus sign and decimals are lost 3) delete the longitude part 4) paste the again to the longitude box. Remove the latitude part. Now for the real issue. The keyboard to edit is f....ked. Not possible to add a decimal point or a minus sign. FURTHER, ISSUES IN ANDROID 15. TOP ROW OR BUTTONS NOW HIDDEN BEHIND STATUS BAR
